I woke up at 04:00 in desperate need of the toilet, and spent the rest of time running to and from the ladies toilet in the common room down stairs as I didn’t want to wake the boys or spread my germs to them!
At the earliest I felt reasonable I got Josh to sort me out some loperamide and dioralyte and started trying to sort myself out, but spent the rest of the day by the toilet. It was overcast and rained today for the first time in a month apparently! The boys had some hostel breakfast. They swam in the sea and played some football volleyball in the hostel. I am so glad we bought the rash vests from Decathlon, they are the perfect sun protection on the beach and in hot weather. The boys had some chill time in the hammock and then for the final night we went in to town for dinner.

I knew my stomach wasn’t up to it but didn’t want to be a downer on Marky and Goldies last night, and on Markys bday meal (it is his bday tomorrow but that is their travel day so we were celebrating tonight.) Marky chose an Asian fusion restaurant, the boys had some Thai dishes and I had a soup that came back out again within seconds. They brought out a brownie and ice cream with candles in and we sang happy birthday to an embarrassed Marky! We went back home and to bed fairly early, with some t.v. on in the background.
