22/09/2019 – Puno, Peru

I had cramps and urgent poos all night, so when Josh’s alarm went off at 05:45 for us to leave, I was already awake and nervous for the travel day to Bolivia ahead. Josh took one look at me and went down to the hostel reception to book us in for an extra night, there was no way I could sit on a bus for hours in that state! Luckily our hostel had space, our hostel we had originally booked for tonight granted us a free cancellation under the circumstances, and we took the price of the buses we had booked on the chin. It was another day of cramps, urgent poos and not leaving the room for me. Josh left for food here and there, and re booked our buses for tomorrow.
