I woke up and managed to get up and shower without a stir from the boys. I went down to the pool and read my book on the sunlounger, apparently the first awake in the whole hostel! After a few hours the boys showed their faces, feeling a little worse for wear. They got themselves showered and sorted and by the time we were ready for food the hostel said it had finished breakfast and was onto lunch. We cracked on with lunch and chilled in the sun for a bit before deciding a dip in the sea would sort us out. We splashed around and played in the rolling waves for a little while, feeling revived in the salty water. We had a dip in the pool afterwards and then returned to the poolside beanbags for some more sunbathing and chatting about pure nonsense, as always.

As the sun was setting we went for a stroll along the beach, where we came across some funny looking jellyfish, which Josh says are called ‘portugese man of war’ apparently the stings can be pretty painful! Josh played around with his new camera during the walk, which I think he is quite pleased with.

We showered and then walked into town where we found a nice looking little restaurant on the high street for some dinner. With full bellies we got back to our room and flopped into our beds. We set up a little screening of a Black Mirror episode on our ipad/speaker and before long had all fallen asleep.
