19/09/2019 – Day 7 Volunteering, Easter Island, Chile

Not loads to report! Breakfast, started work at 10:00, me cleaning and Josh strimming the grass. Ringo the big dog was as excited about the strimmer as Coco gets about the hoover, which was amusing! Not too busy today as no guests checking in or out, so just the quick cleans to do. We had lunch - avocado rice (this is so good - avocado mixed in with rice and spring onions), mashed potato, sausages, chicken and beef. We helped clear up then did a few loads of laundry. We chilled for a bit then headed out for the 5km run again. We came back and had a gnocchi and veg dinner, and chilled for the evening reading our books.
