15/11/2019 – Pucon, Chile

Chilled day off with Josh today. We wandered around town – Josh made me visit the second hand shops with him again, but we didn’t find anything (again!) We treated ourselves to a burger at el camino (the volunteers favourite burger bar) and then later in the evening went to the empanada place with Luca and a few guests as a final goodbye to Luca (German volunteer) who is leaving tonight. Josh and I finally tried a sweet empanada – Chocolate and banana, which was delicious and highly calorific I imagine! We went to the bus station and waved off Luca and Uri, who were on the same overnight bus to Santiago. 5 out of the 7 volunteers (including Josh and I) are leaving over the next few days, and new ones are coming in, so the vibe and atmosphere is starting to change a bit!
