04/11/2019 – Pucon, Chile

Rainy day as expected, so a nice lazy lie in. Spoke to both Trudie and Mum today, nice to catch up. Made some more brownies. Josh has never done baking before and is astonished at how much butter/sugar/chocolate goes into it! We walked into town in the afternoon. Found some Waitrose essentials peanut butter in the supermarket which was quite exciting! We made homemade baked beans and jacket potatoes, seems like only the English understand this dinner though, everyone else seemed a bit grossed out by it! Looking at it through their eyes, it doesn’t actually look that appealing, but to us, it was a little bit of home comfort! Googled the difference between United Kingdom and Great Britain as have been a bit confused by people asking us recently! We showered and then got into bed and watched the final episode of The Crown season 1 – we haven’t watched it in a while, almost forgot how good it is! We have season 2 to look forward to now!
